Terms of service

Effective 19 September 2026 · Grandfield Media Private Limited, Hyderabad, India

1. The service

Travelitz (travelitz.com) is a web application by Grandfield Media Private Limited (“we”) that keeps every plan of a trip — flights, hotels, car rentals, trains, ferries, cruises, restaurants, shows, tours, meetings, parking, directions and notes — on one itinerary, with email alerts, sharing and a calendar you can subscribe to.

2. Your account

You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep that inbox secure; what happens under your sign-in is yours.

3. Plans and payment

There are two plans. Free tracks unlimited trips and keeps the whole itinerary. Travelitz Pro adds import by email, email alerts, sharing and calendar subscription; it is billed once a year in advance through Razorpay after a 30-day free trial, and renews until cancelled. One free trial per workspace. Prices are shown before you pay; the amount shown is the whole amount.

4. Your data

Your itineraries stay yours. Every trip can be downloaded as a calendar file and printed at any time. Travelitz never holds a full card number, CVV or bank credential, and does not track your location.

5. Alerts and accuracy

Times are stored as the local time at the place, exactly as you or your confirmation email gave them, and are never converted. Alerts are sent on a best-effort basis by email and can be delayed or filtered by your mail provider. Travelitz is a record-keeping and reminder tool: checking in, boarding, arriving and confirming with the airline, hotel or operator remains your responsibility, and we are not liable for a missed flight, a lost booking or a cancelled reservation.

6. Import by email

What our parser reads out of a forwarded confirmation is a best effort at machine reading, not a booking record. Check what it created before you rely on it. We keep the original message so you always can.

7. Sharing

You are responsible for who you invite to a trip and for any public link you publish. A public link is unlisted, not secret: anyone with the address can read that itinerary until you switch it off.

8. Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no attempt to overload or reverse the service, no use that harms other people. We may suspend accounts that break this.

9. Availability

We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee it.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months.

11. Law

Indian law; courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
