Forward the email. That is the whole job.
Send a confirmation to your Travelitz address and it reads the airline, the flight numbers, the airports, the dates and the times — every leg of it — and files the plan into the trip whose dates cover it. A hotel gives up its check-in, check-out, room type and address the same way. What it cannot read is kept whole and waits for you, because a booking you forwarded must never disappear.

One timeline, in the order you live it
Plans sit on a single centred column, grouped by day, with the time big enough to read while walking. Days with nothing say so quietly. Type, title, place, confirmation number — nothing else competing for your eyes.
Alerts that arrive before you have to move
The evening before a trip you get the whole itinerary. Twenty-four hours before a flight, and again three hours before, you get the one plan that matters with its confirmation number. A short list of what is on today arrives at seven. Every send is keyed, so nothing ever arrives twice.
Each one is keyed to you, the plan and the moment — so a rerun of the hourly pass sends nothing.
Share it, or publish it
Invite the people on the trip by email: a viewer sees everything, a planner can add and change plans. If they already use Travelitz the trip appears at once; if not, it is waiting the first time they sign in. Or publish a read-only link anyone can open — and switch it off when the trip is over.

Questions
Do I have to type everything in?
No. Forward the confirmation email to your Travelitz address and it reads the flight numbers, airports, dates, times, the hotel and the check-in and check-out, the hire car and the train — and files it into the trip whose dates cover it. What it cannot read is kept whole and waits under Unfiled Items, so nothing you send is lost.
What happens to time zones?
Every time is stored as the local wall-clock time at the place plus that place's zone, and is never converted. A 09:40 departure from Hyderabad reads 09:40 wherever you open it. The zone is only named next to a time when it changes — so a week in one country reads clean, and the flight that lands in London reads “7:05 am BST”.
Which plan types are supported?
Seventeen: Flight, Lodging, Car Rental, Rail, Cruise, Ferry, Transportation, Parking, Restaurant, Activity, Tour, Meeting, Concert, Theater, Directions, Map and Note. A flight holds as many legs as the booking has.
Can I share a trip?
Yes, with Travelitz Pro. Invite someone by email as a viewer, or as a planner who can add and change plans. They get it at once if they already have Travelitz, and the trip is waiting the first time they sign in if they do not. You can also publish a read-only link and switch it off whenever you like.
Does it work on a phone?
It is built for one. Every page is a single column you can use one-handed, the tab bar sits under your thumb, and it installs to the home screen and opens like an app.
Do you track where I am?
No. Travelitz has no location permission and no background tracking. It knows the places on your itinerary because you typed them, or because they were in an email you chose to forward.
Can I get it into my own calendar?
Yes. Any trip downloads as a calendar file, and Travelitz Pro gives you one address your phone's calendar can subscribe to so every plan appears there by itself.
What does it cost?
