Travelitz is a web application. Nothing is shipped, because there is nothing physical to ship.
How the service is delivered
Access is online at app.travelitz.com, from any modern browser, as soon as you sign in. On a phone it installs to the home screen and opens like an app. There is nothing to post.
When Travelitz Pro starts
The free trial starts the moment you accept it. A paid year starts the moment Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within seconds; if it has not within a few minutes it will when the confirmation reaches us, and if it still has not, write to us and we will do it by hand the same working day.
Invoices
An invoice for every payment appears under Billing → Invoices as a PDF, immediately after the payment.
What you download
Calendar files and print views are produced from your own itinerary, in your browser or straight from the app, and saved to your device.
